Charles Hay – “Cub”

Charles “Cub” Hay comes to DVA after a long-distinguished career as a Firefighter. Cub rose through the ranks in the fire department until retiring as an Engineer. Along with being a career firefighter, Cub also has extensive experience in heavy equipment operation, experience he learned working for some of the major commercial contractors in the Tucson Area. Cub began working with DVA as a Heavy Equipment Test and Validation Operator in 2019. Known for his high energy and trademark “get ‘er done” philosophy, Cub recently moved into his new role as DVA on-site Supervisor, where he manages day to day operations at two of our clients’ facilities. Friends and family are his priority, and he loves spending time outdoors. On his downtime, Cub enjoys building and creating art from metal, wood and leather.
