In 1989, Dean Vesling started the consulting firm Dean Vesling & Associates Inc., after 27 years with IBM in various Engineering and Manufacturing management positions. DVA has grown steadily over the years from a sole practitioner specializing in manufacturing to where, today, a growing resume base of 2500 professionals is providing high tech consulting and contract support in multiple industries and disciplines in the US and overseas. In August 2001, Dean Vesling & Associates expanded, forming a second company, DVA Training, Inc. This company provides custom training courses to our clients. The company is based in Tucson, Arizona.DVA Consulting provides skilled professional instructors to assist you in the delivery of a training solution. Our instructors range from the level of university professor to hands-on technical experts in each area.If you already have the course and materials developed, DVA will provide instructors that will deliver the training and complete the transfer of knowledge to your associates. If you do not already have training materials to address your training needs, we can provide these through the services of DVA Training. DVA Training has a number of courses that may suit your training needs or provide you with a custom developed training solution. DVA provides consultants to help clients for assignments around the world.
